2. Program Availability

Program schedules, locations, coaches, pricing, age groups, activities, and availability may change at any time. AGS Youth Soccer may:

• combine groups
• adjust schedules
• replace coaches
• change locations
• reschedule sessions
• modify program formats

when reasonably necessary for operational, staffing, enrollment, safety, weather, or facility reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to families.

3. Registration & Payments

Registration may require:

• membership payments
• deposits
• registration fees
• camp payments
• uniform fees
• recurring subscription billing

A registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed. By registering for recurring programs, you authorize AGS Youth Soccer and its payment providers to automatically process recurring membership payments until cancellation is submitted according to the applicable cancellation policy.

4. Memberships & Cancellations

Certain AGS Youth Soccer programs operate as recurring memberships. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy available on this website.

Families are responsible for reviewing all cancellation deadlines, billing schedules, and refund eligibility before registration.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants and families are expected to behave respectfully toward:

• coaches
• staff
• players
• parents
• referees
• facility staff
• community partners

AGS Youth Soccer may suspend or remove participants for unsafe, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Refunds in these situations are not guaranteed.

6. Health, Safety & Participation

Youth sports activities involve inherent physical risks including:

• falls
• collisions
• physical exertion
• accidental injury
• illness exposure

By registering, parents and guardians acknowledge these risks and confirm that participants are physically able to safely participate. Families agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, accessibility needs, injury limitations, and safety concerns before participation. AGS Youth Soccer staff may take reasonable action during emergencies, including contacting emergency medical services when necessary.

7. No Guarantee of Athletic Outcomes

AGS Youth Soccer does not guarantee:

• athletic performance
• skill progression
• team placement
• playing time
• competitive outcomes
• scholarships
• recruitment opportunities

Program results vary based on participation, effort, attendance, development, and individual circumstances.

8. Facilities & Third-Party Locations

Programs may operate at:

• indoor facilities
• schools
• sports complexes
• gyms
• parks
• third-party venues

Participants and families must follow all posted rules and safety procedures for each facility. AGS Youth Soccer is not responsible for third-party facility closures, restrictions, operational issues, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with systems
• upload malicious software
• submit false registrations
• disrupt services

AGS Youth Soccer may restrict or terminate website access for misuse or violations of these Terms.
